1. MOTIVATION AND CRITERIA IN ACCEPTING NEW MUSIC TALENTS ON YOUTUBE

Abstract: This quantitative study explored motivation of the public to use YouTube; and the elements of criteria, which the public are looking for to accept new talents on the User-Generated Content (UGC) sites. There are mass inputs on the net but the publics are still being very selective in accepting new talents. Thus, it is important to identify determinant factors that contribute to the acceptance of new talents on YouTube so it can be exemplary on other UGC sites. Due to time constraint, a total number of 236 respondents (n=236) have participated in this study using Simple Random Sampling. Data was collected using Google Forms and was analyzed with Descriptive Analysis. The findings of this paper advocate that tremendous expansion; and diversification offered by YouTube are among main factors that motivated public viewers in using YouTube on accepting new talents. 2. THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC FACTORS, AVAILABILITY OF HAND WASHING FACILITIES, PERCEIVED BENEFITS, PERCEIVED SELF-EFFICACY AND HAND WASHING BEHAVIOR AMONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS STUDENTS IN INDONESIA

Abstract: Background: Hand washing is the most effective method of preventing the transmission disease and also a key factor of reducing transmission of acute respiratory infection and diarrhea in a community setting. The objective of this study was to identify relationship between socio-demographic factors, availability of hand washing facilities, perceived benefit, and perceived self-efficacy with hand washing behavior among sixth grade students of public elementary school in Belitung district, Indonesia. A cross-sectional research study was employed for describing the relationship. A total of 309 sixth grade students, were participated in this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Chi-square test. The results of this study revealed that 71.8% of the participants were not hand washing properly. The results of this study also revealed that gender, parents’ occupation, role of students at home, availability of clean water, soap, and hand washing stands were not significantly

3. FACTORS RELATED TO MEDICATION ADHERENCE IN SCHIZOPHRENIA IN AN OUTPATIENT SETTING: A CROSS SECTIONAL STUDY CONDUCTED IN BANDUNG, WEST JAVA, INDONESIA

Abstract: Medication adherence is important to help prevent relapse for patients with schizophrenia who need long term care. Purpose: To determine factors related to medication adherence among patients with schizophrenia in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted at the outpatient department of the West Java Province Mental Hospital in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Individuals were assessed using the Bahasa versions of Medication Adherence Rating Scale (MARS), Liverpool University Neuroleptic Side-Effect Rating Scale (LUNSERS), and Symptom Severity Scale of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder 5th edition (SS-DSM5) instruments. Bivariate analysis was applied to determine the factors related to medication adherence. Result: A total of 88 patients with schizophrenia were enrolled. 4. HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM USAGE: THE MODERATING EFFECT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH STATUS

Abstract: In this study, the moderating effect of psychological health status on the usage intention of Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) by nurses was observed. The effectiveness of HMIS depends on the willingness of people to use these systems. Nurses play a key role in healthcare, and their psychological health status may influence their usage intention of HMIS. Empirical data to assess the hypotheses in this study were obtained using a survey method. Data from a sample of nurses in Northeast China and Taiwan were collected in 2013 by mail using research instruments based on our research framework. The sample size was 1,563 nurses and the valid response rate was 55.8%. The results showed that nurses’ psychological health status was a significant moderator in determining nurses’ usage intention of HMIS. 5. BUSINESS ETHICS OF MALAY BUSINESSPEOPLE

Abstract: In this era of globalization, ethical matters are overlooked by many in everyday life. This also holds true for businesses, as is evident in news reports on the unethical conduct of businesspeople, such as the breach of trust, cheating, and other irresponsible practices. Such events raise the question of how well business ethics is practiced by businesspeople. Therefore, we conducted a study to determine the extent to which business ethics are practiced by businesspeople owning small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We also reviewed how business ethics practiced among the Bumiputera and non-Bumiputera-owned SMEs differ. We employed a questionnaire survey to obtain data. One hundred respondents were chosen as the sample. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical tools. Abstract: Previous studies show that social networking has tremendous effect on our daily life and consumer behavior. It has been rapidly grown in a few year in Thailand. Many companies have use social network as platform to offer products. Jewelry is an interesting product containing special characteristic. There are increasingly numbers of online stores were selling jewelry products in social networking sites. This study explores the factors which influence purchase decision of jewelry items from social networking by employing value framework theory, which consists of functional values, emotional values, and social values. The study proposes the conceptual framework for purchasing decision of jewelry from social networking sites, which is crucial for jewelry business.

Abstract: The conditions of violence in which a significant number of children, women and men live is a dramatic landscape in today's world. In Mexico, violence as an everyday condition is redefined as a medium-long term problem for society. Exposure to criminal violence has caused considerable impact within the Mexican population generally, such situations have negative psychological outcomes in victims. Some of the disorders that have been the result of criminal acts are Acute Stress Disorder (ASD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Adaptive Disorders (TA) and Pathological Mourning of Violent Death.
