1. ODA EFFECTIVENESS AND INCLUSIVENESS: THE LONG RUN DYNAMICS

Abstract: While ODA mostly funds the fundamental rather than the proximate determinants of growth; its economic effectiveness is often denied using short run empirical findings. Considering this inappropriate, long term reassessments are now conducted. However, they still consider ODA and growth as homogeneous. Subsequently, these reassessments fail to capture specific nexuses between their respective components. Drawing on co-integration features of SSA data, this paper fills that gap. Unlike in most short run studies, the estimation results show that both aid-grants and aid-loans positively affect the overall growth with a higher magnitude assigned to aid-loans. More importantly, when shifting focus from the overall to the inequality adjusted growth, both components perform much better. However, while the annual adjustment of deviations from this long run equilibrium is 10% for the inequality adjusted growth, it is only 0.02% for the impact on the overall growth. 2. THE EFFECTS OF IT MANAGEMENT ON EMPOWERING THE BANK EMPLOYEES IN TEHRAN (CASE STUDY: EMPLOYEES OF PRIVATE BANKS IN TEHRAN)

Abstract: Purpose: This study has been arried out in the first half of 2015aiming to examine the effects of informationtechnology management on empowering the Employees of private banks in Tehran. Research Method: This study is descriptive-survey which is an applied research in terms of objective. The population consisted of 40 employees of private banks in Tehran. Questionnaire was used to collect data whose reliability is 918/0 based on Cronbach's alpha and its validity was also confirmed. Findings: In this study, the factors associated with empowerment of employees’ job including improved performance quality, increased responsibility for decision-making, increased job diversity, increased self-controlling, ability and desire, communication with organization, creativity, sponsorship and support were considered. The findings confirmed with 99.8 percent that application of information technology management will empower the employees.

3. AGRICULTURE KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION SYSTEM WITHIN RAHAD AGRICULTURE SCHEME- SUDAN

Abstract: The Establishment of the Rahad Agriculture Scheme in Eastern Sudan in the 1970s established an agricultural innovation system where different actors including research, extension, investment, and agro-pastoral farmers network in order to provide better livelihoods within the irrigated scheme area. This investigation focuses on the functioning of extensional system within the established Rahad Scheme and trying to relate it to the theorizing of agriculture knowledge and information system. It discusses the relations and synergies between extension suppliers, agriculture research, farmers’ organizations and financial institutions in the area. 4. IMPACT OF INTRINSIC MOTIVATION IN PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS: AN EMPIRICAL APPROACH

Abstract: This study is an attempt to define the key internal factors that have any impact into building the intrinsic motivation and external agents that can be shaped in order to enhance the individual´s efficiency within an organization. Although, there may be thousands of different definitions for motivation, there are three main aspects to highlight and that are common to every theory. Motivation is understood as some sort of energy associated to behaviour, it is also what drives people to act in a particular way and last but not least, it is something relative to the individual in itself. 5. WORK ENGAGEMENT AMONG WOMEN ENGINEERS IN MALAYSIA

Abstract: This research aims to examine the effects of Effort-Reward Imbalance on work engagement among women engineers in Malaysia. In this study we review the Effort-Reward Imbalance (ERI) model as the psychosocial work environment that consisted of three distinct dimensions, namely effort, reward and over-commitment. In this study, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to women engineers, but only 250 questionnaires have been completed by the respondents. The data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression through SPSS version 22. The findings showed that all the three dimensions of ERI model (i.e. effort, rewards, and over commitment) are related to work engagement among women engineers. This study indicated that reward is the most dominant influence work engagement among women engineers. This paper discusses the implication of this study in the context of literature and suggests strategies to improve workplace engagement.

8. INVOLVING MICROFINANCE INDUSTRY IN FINANCIAL INCLUSION THROUGH SOCIAL INCUBATORS

Abstract: Microfinance industry is a key sector in supporting inclusive development. However, this sector suffers from high costs worldwide. Very few studies focused on decreasing microfinance cost and support processes of needy entrepreneurs [1] to whom are assimilated the majority of microcredit holders. This work aims to assess Microfinance institutions’ (MFI’s) performance and to analyze their cost structure. The innovative idea is to provide a financial offer in adequacy to these institutions’ and to microcredit beneficiaries’ needs through a network structure. It emerges from the analysis that, the cost of microfinance is high and consists mainly of operating expenses. Abstract: Increase of the manufacturing capacity in European Union (EU) depends on scarcity of resources. The competitiveness of manufacturing business is directly connected to effectiveness of waste management business. Business partnerships are main strategic element in the realisation of successful and gainful companies. Not all companies work on high level of productivity and effectiveness. So, the crowdfunding strategy gives the company’s opportunity to be funded by the community. The great challenge is solving the contamination problem and manufacturing effectiveness in Bulgaria and in EU. That could be done by the creation of business connection between public and private sector. 12. EFFECTS OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING CULTURE AND DEVELOPMENTAL FEEDBACK ON ENGINEERS’ CAREER SATISFACTION IN THE MANUFACTURING ORGANIZATIONS IN MALAYSIA

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to test the hypotheses that relations between organizational learning culture, developmental feedback and career satisfaction in the manufacturing organizations. A sample of 155 engineers was drawn from two major manufacturing organizations located in the Northern Malaysia. Participation in the research was voluntary and data were gathered by means of a survey questionnaire. Multiple regression results provided support for the direct impact of organizational learning culture and developmental feedback on the engineer’s career satisfaction. Key implications of the survey findings both of the theory and practice are discussed, potential limitations are specified, and directions for future research are suggested.
