Abstract: “The spectrum is a limited resource in which great deeds have been achieved wirelessly. Noting that the spectrum efficiency could be obtained with the joint deployment of macro-cell and nano-cells, small scale cellular and dense cellular network in the next generation of mobile networks. However, the energy efficiency may be achieved by addressing some new architectures and medium access control (MAC) protocols that may lead to fast recovery from sleep mode when in cooperative communications, not only but also the topology of distributed antenna networks’ coordination remains prominent candidate. The paper investigates the optimization of both the area spectral efficiency (SE) and the energy efficiency (EE) by considering a typical Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Access (OFDMA) downlink network. It further introduces a novelty constraint, the coverage sensitivity criterion in solving the optimization problem. This constraint aims at deleting empty transmission block where no”
