Abstract: Trade is the action or activity of buying and selling goods and services. The actual situation of all the business trends have expanded business into online transaction of goods and services and literally it has a great impact on sale of business. Online trading was introduced in the beginning of 21st century. By today it has become one of the most popular activities in the modern society. Although many people tend to become traders, it may not be suitable for everyone. It takes a lot of time, effort and knowledge to perform a trade in an accurate way. This area is still in need of monitoring past trading patterns, current situation, market researches etc. The prudent use of trade can boost a country's development and create absolute gains for the trading partners involved. But complexities such as confusion, lack of confidence, being stuck in a circle, taking improper actions etc. may lead to failure. With the busy lifestyle of people, time has become a valuable aspect. This research

Abstract: The customer loyalty programs are becoming popular as a powerful tool of relationship marketing. Customer loyalty is helpful for the success of any retail organization. This concept has been limited among the large-scale companies. Although large-scale companies have the ability to maintain a customer loyalty program, mid-scale and low-scale companies are unable to handle such customer loyalty program with an IT section. In order to address the said problem, we developed a generic customer loyalty program which can be handled by any merchant who owns different types of companies, without an IT section. This paper comprises an attempt to introduce a full generic loyalty system for any scale of company.

Abstract: The organic thin film transistor (OTFT) has been attractive as soft material for IoT devices, however there are some problems to overcome. One is the exitance of carrier traps at the interface between the organic semiconductor and the oxide film of the OTFT. The cause of this carrier trap is the presence of OH groups generated by the adsorption of water molecules in the air and O atoms on the surface of the oxide film. As a method for removing this OH group, generally, the formation of SAM films on the oxide layer has been attempted, but there are disadvantages such as requiring dense film forming conditions and spending a long time for the film formation. In this study, we have tried to remove OH group and suppress the generation of additional carrier trap by surface treatment of gate insulation film in plasma nitridation process. From the results of TDS measurement and C-V measurement, it was confirmed that OH group on the surface of the gate insulating film can be removed and additi

Authors: ALVI MD. ISHMAM , MD. NAKIBUL ALAM

Abstract: Technology intervention for better user experiences in religious or spiritual practices has become a new focus for researchers from different disciplines. In different religions, prayer time is maintained with importance in prayer houses such as in mosques, temples, churches, etc. Muslim perform five-time prayer in a day and prayer is performed at a fixed time in a day. Therefore, mosques maintain two type of times named Owakt time and Jammat time. We designed a lowcost Internet of Things (IoT) based smart prayer time management system so that an attendant of the mosque do not need to worry about the Owakt time management at all since the times get automatically updated in the clock from our system. In case of Jammat time, the attendant of the mosque can set the convenient time according to the expectation of the local mosque using the web interface of the system. He can access the interface from any device by accessing the local network and does not require to engage with clock every

Abstract: Knowledge is a powerful acquisition in life, whichgives the ability to make good use of information on hand, enabling to disseminate it accurately and use it wisely. Sharing knowledge is more important to build collective knowledge, to retain knowledge, to increase innovation and to stay abreast of changes. Although there are, knowledge sharing systems in use, web-based knowledge sharing systems came to the topic in the middle of the 19th century. Since there is no proper, web-based knowledge sharing system still in use with all required functionalities, some creative ideas are dispersed and some good innovations are wasted without any usage. Most importantly, it was understood that, the interactivity with rural area children and the interconnection between university children is very less. Due to poor facilities, they have lost many chances to share knowledge. In order to address above said problems a web based knowledge sharing system with all functionalities was developed including

8. EVALUATION OF HIGH PERFORMANCE GE-MOS STRUCTURE USING HIGH DIELECTRIC CONSTANT MATERIAL

Authors: TAKESHI TOKOROZUKI , TOMO UENO

Abstract: Currently, as next - generation MOS devices, a highk/Ge structure, which has high electron and hole mobility than that of Si, and has the ability to low power consumption during device operation has been expected. Although HfO2 which exhibits excellent characteristics on silicon can be applied as high-k material, it is known that Ge and HfO2 cause diffusion of atoms due to heat treatment during device fabrication process and deteriorate electric characteristics such as large leakage current in HfO2 film and large interface trap density at the HfO2/Ge interface. Therefore, lower fabrication process temperature has been attempted by introducing Kr/O2 plasma oxidation instead of conventional thermal oxidation method in this research. As a result, compared to thermal oxidation, the leakage current is greatly reduced and the electrical characteristics are drastically improved by using Kr/O2 plasma oxidation. Therefore, we can conclude that high quality HfO2 can be formed on Ge substrates, a

Abstract: Freelancing is doing a job under contract rather than full employment. Usually, people who freelance are selfemployed and for whom they will work and they decide for how long. Freelancing offers the lot of freedom and flexibility which regular jobs cannot. The freelancer can choose the type of the work, time of the day can work and how long they work, a location they work and volume of work take on. The freelancer can control work relationship and control workload. Platform freelancing has many websites and anyone can register as freelancers or job posters. Sri Lankan service providers register as freelancers through these websites. there is no local freelancing platform for Sri Lankan freelancers yet. They register through foreign freelancing platforms. A major issue of these systems is Sri Lankan freelancers cannot get gross profit for their services. Foreign freelancing sites charge a higher percentage of their revenue as service charges. The system is developed to overcome these dr

10. SEMANTIC FRAMEWORK FOR BIG DATA IN CHEMOINFORMATICS

Authors: JUNGKEE KIM

Abstract: In recent years, the new data sources for chemical compounds, proteins, and genes have been widely spread. However, the sources are commonly isolated and cannot be connected each other. The relationships between the data sources and connections produce a semantic integration. The integration between chemical data resources and life science information provides a better chance to understand some aspect of small molecules in biological systems. In this paper, we review the existing researches on Resource Description Framework technologies in life sciences and propose to apply a big data framework to process big data for such technologies.

Authors: WON-KWANG PARK

Abstract: It is well-known that diagonal elements of scattering matrix are significantly affected by not only the anomaly but also the antennas. Due to this reason, if one applies MUltiple SIgnal Classification (MUSIC) algorithm for imaging anomaly, several artifacts are also included. In this contribution, we apply MUSIC algorithm by eliminating diagonal elements of scattering matrix and examine that the result is better than the traditional one

13. ROUGH SET -ALGORITHM FOR CLUSTERING CATEGORICAL DATA USING MEAN ATTRIBUTE (MMA) DEPENDENCY BASED MEASURE

Authors: ANAZIDA ZAINUL , MUFTAH MOHAMED BAROUD , SITI MARIYAM SHAMSUDDIN

Abstract: Different cluster techniques based on the Rough Set Theory (RST) have been used for attribute selection and grouping objects displaying similar characteristics. On the other hand, a majority of these clustering techniques cannot tackle uncertainty. Furthermore, these processes are computationally complicated and less accurate. In this study, the researchers have explored the limitations of the two rough set theory based techniques, i.e., the Maximum Dependency Attribute (MDA) and the Maximum Indiscernible Attribute (MIA). They also proposed a novel approach for selecting the clustering attributes, i.e., the Maximum Mean Attribute (MMA). They compared the performances of the MMA, MDA and the MIA techniques, using the UCI dataset. Their results validated the performance of the MMA with regards to its accuracy and computational complexity.
