2. A NOVEL OPINION REASON MINING FRAMEWORK EXPLOITING LINGUISTIC ASSOCIATIONS

Abstract: Aspect-based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) explores the strong and weak aspects of a product. There are many online platforms that allow users to review commercial products while others to aggregate those opinions across millions of reviews at the aspect level. Such analysis is of high regard to potential customers and manufacturers to make profitable decisions. However, the existing ABSA models do not highlight the reasons behind the strengths and weaknesses of the aspects. Moving a step forward, opinion reason mining explores the reasons for the aspects being appreciated or criticized. We propose opinion reason mining framework ORMFW that uses topic model to generate aspects as groups of aspect terms which are refined using paradigmatic word associations. Polarity is evaluated for each aspect using a dictionary based approach. 3. FRAMEWORK TO SUGGEST THE MOST NON PREDICTABLE AND SECURE USER GRAPHICAL PASSWORD PATTERNS IN ANDROID PHONES.

Abstract: Graphical password scheme is perhaps the most widely used method to lock the mobile handsets but unfortunately they are easily guessable. In this paper, we have identified the security threat that the graphical password patterns in smart phones are predictable based on various important parameters like demographics, language proficiency, cultural backgrounds, etc. We further proposed a framework, which suggests you the most non-predictable and secure password pattern considering the demographics, language proficiency, and cultural backgrounds of the user.

4. NEW APPROACH TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXPERT SYSTEM OF CONTROL AND KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT

Abstract: The expert systems of control and knowledge estimation are usually developed on the basis of different approaches to constructing a question and answer on test. The analysis of existing testing methods made it possible to conclude that questions with selective and selectively constructed types of answer do not always allow objectively assessing the knowledge of trainees, which reduces the stimulating effect of pedagogical evaluation on cognitive activity of trainees, and the quality of the learning process as a whole. The article proposes a method of knowledge estimation, which is based on a new approach to constructing a question and answer that allows a freely designed form of a test response. The proposed approach gives an opportunity to expand the functions of tests, thereby increasing the approximation degree of the estimation for the test to the level of the real knowledge of students

5. COMPRESSIVE SENSING BASED GENDER RECOGNITION

Abstract: This paper explores an integration of compressive sensing, curvelet transform, and Principal Component Analysis to develop a robust gender recognition method from face images. Compressive measurements of face images leading to a significant reduction in feature space. Here curvelet transform has been used to represent the face images with prominent edges, curvatures, boundaries and to offer sparse representation to apply compressive measurements on detailed subband. To extract the feature vector, Principal Component Analysis is applied on the reconstructed detailed subband. Performance of the proposed method is evaluated by employing different classifiers. The proposed method efficiently handles the effect of Gaussian noise maintaining high accuracy on gender recognition. Extensive experiments on FERET database, is conducted to substantiate our claim.

6. ENCOUNTER-HISTORY BASED FAST ROUTING FOR POST- DISASTER COMMUNICATION IN DTNS

Abstract: Delay Tolerant Networks (DTNs) are characterized by the absence of end-to-end path. One potential application of such networks is post-disaster environment, where conventional network infrastructure is fully or partially destroyed. Routing is a challenging issue in DTNs because of intermittent connectivity. Most of the traditional DTN routing schemes do not consider the contact history of the nodes for data delivery. The history of encounter of a node with the other nodes gives valuable information about the network topology. In this paper, a set of potential relay nodes is primarily chosen based on available buffer space and residual energy of the nodes in the network. Among the potential relays, one is selected considering the value of a metric which is designed based on the encounter history and residual energy. 8. VISUALIZATION OF SPATIOTEMPORAL CHANGES BETWEEN DEMS VIA MORPHOLOGICAL INTERPOLATION

Abstract: Digital Elevation Model (DEM) is a digital model representation of the surface of a terrain. It consists of elevation values sampled at regular intervals which could be used to study vast types of phenomena across spatial positions. However, acquisition of DEM data in continuous sequences at very high spatial resolution is very costly from the point of cost, manpower, and storage requirement. In this paper, we propose a method to visualize the morphological changes for a same area over a period using two DEM images. Through mathematical morphology approach, the interpolated sequences between these pair of DEMs are hierarchically generated. These set of hierarchically interpolated medians paves a way to visualize the spatiotemporal changes which have happened in a particular area at discrete-time intervals. The potential application which we could implement the proposed framework include natural disaster surveillance and monitoring (eg. Landslide, flood, earthquake).

Abstract: A traditional cognitive map has been extended to what is known as FCM, acronym for Fuzzy Cognitive Map. FCM combines two popular soft computing techniques, namely fuzzy logic and neural network. FCM has emerged as knowledge representation and reasoning technique for modeling causal complex problems with inherent uncertainties. Indeed, past research has shown that FCM has been successfully applied in various domain such as computer science, medicine, education, and others. 11. USE OF HOLLOW FIBER-OPTIC ELEMENTS IN INFORMATION INPUT SYSTEMS WITH OPTICAL CODING

Abstract: An improved lightguide element design for a keyboard with optical coding is proposed in the article, based on the phenomenon of light reflection from the interface of two optical transparent media. A feature of this element is the use of relatively large values of the reflection coefficient from the medium interface at large angles of incidence, which is expressed, in particular, by the Fresnel formulas. This effect occurs also in the case when light passes from an optically less dense medium (air) to an optically denser (polymer), which, in particular, makes it possible to use a hollow polymer tube as a lightguide element. A differential equation is obtained that describes the shape of the initial section of an improved lightguiding element of a given type, as well as its analytical solution. This type of solution corresponds to a surface optical trap whose shape corresponds to multiple reflection of the rays from the same non-planar surface.

Especially, the record of free description is important for grasping the situation of the patients. However, manually recording has the problem of input labor and fluctuation of expression by the person who records. In order to solve this problem and enable statistical analysis and mechanical analysis, templates are expected. This paper proposes an interactive support system for defining medical record template for each disease by extracting feature words corresponding to the disease from medical records using machine learning. 14. SMART CUSTOMER CARE USING AI-BASED APPROACH

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence is getting as smart as human and it is capable of replacing humans in many fields, for example, in medical and in education fields or in business. One of the reasons to use AI was for customers service and care. In this study, the researcher has developed a simulation program Chatbot to assist the authorities on the fishing license, by collecting some samples and information from a helpdesk center. The researcher then used this data to analyze and design responding format of the program, which was developed by Dialogflow and Python. Program efficiency and users satisfaction can be examined through an evaluation form, with is classified into five rating scales with two points of view: program design and use as well as program response and accuracy.
