1. A LIGHTWEIGHT ENCRYPTION ALGORITHM APPLIED TO A QUANTIZED SPEECH IMAGE FOR SECURE IOT

Abstract: The IoT Internet of Things being a promising technology of the future. It is expected to connect billions of devices. The increased communication number is expected to generate data mountain and the data security can be a threat. The devices in the architecture are fundamentally smaller in size and low powered. In general, classical encryption algorithms are computationally expensive and this due to their complexity and needs numerous rounds for encrypting, basically wasting the constrained energy of the gadgets. Less complex algorithm, though, may compromise the desired integrity. In this paper we apply a lightweight encryption algorithm named as Secure IoT (SIT) to a quantized speech image for Secure IoT. It is a 64-bit block cipher and requires 64-bit key to encrypt the data. This quantized speech image is constructed by first quantizing a speech signal and then splitting the quantized signal into frames. 3. INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR TRUST FOOD SUPPLY MANAGEMENT

Abstract: This paper is inspired by the project proposal ID 773937-1 submitted for the Horizon 2020 topic SFS-34-2017. It aims to provid an information system for cooperative trusted food supply chain management and in this way to unlock great potential for competitiveness and sustainability. A new holistic approach to the design of trusted applications and services will deliver economic, social and environmental benefits. Blockchain technologies will enhance the transparency, information flow and management capacity allowing better interactions of farmers with other part of supply chain, especially the consumer. 4. LOW TEMPERATURE HYDROTHERMAL GROWTH OF ALIGNED ZINC OXIDE NANOWIRES USING FTO SUBSTRATE

Abstract: Zinc oxide nanowires have been mostly observed due to special material properties and showing special performance in photonic, electronics and optics. Aligned Zinc oxide nanowires were grown on FTO substrate by using the hydrothermal process. This growth technique is bottom up, low cost and easy. The seed layer is deposited onto the substrate by spin coating with low temperature and nanowires are affected by the thickness of seed layer. Afterwards, the nanowires were growing hydrothermally onto those seed layers. Different characterizations have been done in detail using X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). The SEM is used to relives the presence of nanowire with hexagonal shape in vertical direction. The XRD measurements show diffraction pattern of wurtzite structure.

5. THE NEW PROPOSED NON-COPRIME MODULI SET USING FORWARD CONVERSION IN RESIDUE NUMBER SYSTEM : MATHEMATICAL PROOF

Abstract: In this paper a mathematical proof of the new Binary-to-RNS Non-Coprime moduli set in RNS [1] of the form { 2n - 2, 2n, 2n + 2 } is presented. The modulies 2n - 2, 2n + 2 are known to be called conjugates of each other and has been discussed in previous literature [1 - 4]. Co-prime moduli sets are known to offer these benefits: 1) Large dynamic ranges. II) Fast RNS arithmetic. III) Simple and efficient RNS processing hardware. IV) Efficient weighted-to-RNS and RNS-to-Weighted converters. When comparing the Non-Coprime ones to them the DR (Dynamic Range) is the dominant. The dynamic range achieved by the set above is defined by the least common multiple ( LCM ) of the moduli and the non-coprime set was carefully chosen to do the mathematical calculations upon. This new non-coprime moduli set is unique and the only one of its shape.

6. SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF UNDOPED AND SLIVER DOPED TITANIUM DIOXIDE THIN FILM BY USING SOLGEL SPIN COATING METHOD

Abstract: In this paper, structural and optical properties of undoped and sliver doped titanium dioxide film have been studied. By using Sol-gel method undoped and sliver doped titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin film synthesis on FTO glass substrate. Sliver has been doped 3%,7%, concentration in titanium dioxide (TiO2) .Different properties such as, crystal structure, phase identification, thickness, band gap, transmission and absorption spectrum have been studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, UV/Vis spectrophotometry. The results showed that undoped and Ag doped TiO2 thin film annealed at 450oc had anatase phases and there is no Ag peaks in X-ray diffraction.

7. IMPACT OF IRON DOPING ON STRUCTURAL AND OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF TITANIUM DIOXIDE

Abstract: Pure and Fe+3 doped titanium dioxide thin films were prepared by sol-gel spin coating technique. Phase analysis, crystallite size, dislocation density and toughness of films were scrutinized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The principal phase in the films was anatase. Crystallite size plummeted from 39.3 to 33.22nm whereas dislocation densities escalated from 6.47 x 10-4 to 9.06 x 10-4(nm)-3 when Fe+3 content rose from 0 to 10%. These mushroomed dislocation densities imparted strength to the films on account of grain boundary strengthening phenomenon. Principal anatase phase of the films was validated by Raman spectroscopy. Minor peak broadening and peak shifting was observed for doped films, that were attributed to the dislocation induced stresses by the rising Fe+3 content. UV-Vis spectrophotometry was undertaken to ascertain the transmittance of films in ultraviolet and visible spectrums. The films exhibited substantial transmittance in the visible region but there was a vivid landslide

8. JOINT RADIO RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND POWER CONTROL IN A MULTI-CELL CELLULAR DISTRIBUTED ANTENNA SYSTEM WITH JAIN FAIRNESS

Abstract: In this paper, power control problem is studied focusing on interference mitigation by using CoMP (Coordinated Multipoint Transmission) in a downlink, multi-cell cellular distributed antenna systems (DAS). In each cell, there are geographically distributed remote radio heads which have lossless connection to base-stations. There are multiple user equipments (UE) in each cell, and can simultaneously receive and combine signals from multiple RRHs. System-wide throughput is maximized subject to maximum RRH transmission power limit with different Jain Fairness indexes (JFI). Throughput behavior with respect to different maximum RRH transmission power limit and JFIs is investigated. Particle Swarm Optimization PSO), which is an evolutionary algorithm, is used as a solver. 9. AN ADAPTABLE LOW DIMENSIONAL IMAGE GENERATION MODEL FOR ELIMINATING ILLUMINATION INFLUENCE

Abstract: In general, the color of the image taken by a camera changes when the illumination condition changes. However, human being can perceive almost the true color independent of the illumination (color constancy). The low dimensional image generation model has been discussed as a framework for eliminating illumination influence. It defines how the image color is determined from the illumination color, the object color and the camera spectral sensitivity. Traditionally, the low dimensional image generation model has been identified by setting object color basis functions, illumination color basis functions and the camera spectral sensitivity. In this paper, we propose a method for generating the image generation model by training without specifying any basis functions or camera spectral sensitivity. 10. HYBRID PARALLEL IMPLEMENTATION OF MULTIPLE SEQUENCE ALIGNMENT SOFTWARE CLUSTALW ON INTEL XEON PHI

Abstract: This work is aimed to investigate and to improve the performance of multiple sequence alignment software ClustalW on the test platform EURORA at CINECA, for the case study of the influenza virus sequences. The objective is code optimization, porting, scaling and performance evaluation of parallel multiple sequence alignment software ClustalW for Intel Xeon Phi (the MIC architecture). For this purpose a parallel multithreaded optimization including OpenMP has been implemented and verified. The experimental results show that the hybrid parallel implementation utilizing MPI and OpenMP provides considerably better performance than the original code.

11. APPLICATION OF A KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT MODEL WITH THE SUPPORTED OF SOCIAL NETWORKS

Abstract: This paper presents a knowledge management model to strengthen the relations between the university and the enterprise, and to facilitate joint strategies and interaction with social networks support. The use of social networks in this model focuses on creating bidirectional links between the university and the enterprise, based on informal exchange of knowledge and sharing information of interest to both actors. The expectations the model use is analyzed through the application of a survey of a population sample of colombian university students, where the results show the good attitude of these to use social networks in knowledge management to support the relations between the university and the enterprise.

12. OPTIMIZING THE L3 HANDOVER DELAY IN SMALL OBJECTS NETWORKS MOBILE IPV6 BASED

Abstract: The technologies evolution has made possible the emergence of new types of machines which allow their users to full move on different networks. In the same context, the arrival of Mobile IPv6 allows a mobile node to maintain a continuous connectivity. Handover management is one of its most critical processes. L3 handover is the most important because a major proportion of the total handover latency occurs in this stage. In this paper, we have proposed a new algorithm called FURA (Fast Unsolicited Router Advertisement) to optimize the L3 handover delay. Our algorithm is going to minimize the L3 handover delay by optimizing Router Advertisement interval and avoiding Duplicate Address Detection process. Overall, this algorithm showed a significant effectiveness and might be used in a future networks investigations

13. DESIGN OF 2D ACTION GAME WITH A SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT AND FUN

Abstract: Recently, competition games have increased in the game market and many of them charge additional fees due to limitations in their running environment because they are heavy with a large capacity. To solve this problem in this study, a 2D game was designed to give users goals to clear stages according to a story and to allow them feel the sense of achievement and fun. The game designed in this study is a 2D game that helps users relive stress while removing additional fees. This game offers simple operation method, various maps and designs, has no limitations to users, and allows them to get vicarious satisfaction.

14. 1.5 BIT/STAGE, 12-BIT PIPELINE ADC DESIGN WITH FOREGROUND CALIBRATION

Abstract: In this paper, 12-Bit pipeline ADC is to be designed together with caring non-idealities. Pipeline issue in modern computers is quite advantageous for performance. Such structure can be constructed in analog-to-digital converters to make the performance faster. By considering the non-ideal cases for the design, more realistic outputs are expected. There are several non-ideal effects that lower the ADC performance such as gain error and capacitor mismatches. By using calibration techniques like background or foreground calibration, non-ideal effects can be reduced. In this paper, foreground calibration technique is applied and tabloid results are presented at the end. Modelling of the pipeline ADC is constructed on Matlab Simulink environment.

15. DATA ANALYSIS IN A BATCH SALAMI RIPENING CHAMBER FOR REAL-TIME PROCESS MONITORING AND CONTROL

Abstract: The paper provides an analytical and visual view of what actually happened - on the process side - in a fully instrumented, pilot-scale, air ascending-flow chamber of industrial type for salami ripening. Since ripening is always characterized by a "slow" dynamics and limited variations in process variables, the time course of the curing air temperature and humidity, as well as the sausage heart temperature, did not show rapid or incomprehensible transients. The monitored variables clearly showed limited amplitude oscillations due to the "go" and "stop" air circulation pattern, that is the sequence of phases with either forced or natural circulation in the cell as imposed by the supervision system for the automatic control of the chamber set points. The effectiveness of set point tracking was favorably assessed for the experimental tests. 16. INCREASING EFFECTIVENESS OF MODEL-BASED FAULT DIAGNOSIS: A DYNAMIC DESIGN FOR DECISION MAKING

Abstract: A large diversity of advanced methods for automated fault detection has been developed with a variety of techniques in different domains. The effectiveness of the diagnosis for technical processes is highly improved when the diagnostic system is able to conclude in parallel to the dynamic industrial processes. This paper presents the design a diagnostic approach which aims to increase the performance of the decision making in fault diagnosis. The proposed approach takes into account the knowledge form the reliability analysis and the model-based fault dynamic component behavior. The effectiveness and the performance of the technique are illustrated by a case study.

17. FRAME ERROR PROBABILITY ANALYSIS OF MOBILE UNDERWATER ACOUSTIC NETWORKS

Abstract: The paper analyzes the frame error probability (FEP) of mobile underwater acoustic networks. The mobility model is direction persistent: the direction and the speed of the autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV's) are constant for the duration of the packet. The frame error probability is evaluated using frequency dependent path loss and Ricean fading for each AUV-to-AUV channel. The FEP performance is illustrated through numerical examples.
